Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy At Detailed GC, we aim to provide reliable and convenient mobile car detailing across the Gold Coast. To ensure we can serve all clients efficiently, we ask that appointments are managed with reasonable notice. Rescheduling Clients are welcome to reschedule their appointment at any time, subject to availability. If you need to make any changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible so we can accommodate you and other clients. Cancellations We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee, as appointment times are reserved specifically for each client. Communication If you are running late or need to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist where possible.
